Our Company

Atilio's Construction is a local company with 15 years experience in the business. We are located in Sussex County, Delaware and service the area as well as southern Kent County. Jose' A. Fernandez is president of Atilio's Construction. He was born in El Salvador, and resided in Los Angelos CA for many years. He came to Delaware in 1994, and learned the construction trade while employed for a well known construction company.


As a general contractor, Jose' works very closely with his sub-contractors to ensure his work ethic is carried out. He truly cares about the excellent reputation that Atilio's Construction has established and personally oversees the project from start to finish. He is always present on the job site, because customer satisfaction is most important, and to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.


​Jose' Fernandez is raising a family. He has two sons, Christopher and Ivan. They are learning the trade, so it appears Atilio's Construction will be a family business!

Our Home Improvements

Get to know our experienced team. All are certified  and have a minimum of three years of experience in their trade.  We work closely with our subcontractors, and make sure that they are polite, professional and timely when on your project.
